PREMAL 7 blog postsMy travel by 16533 was the most bad experience i ever had. This train travels for such a long distance on a single track line. It takes more than 36 hours to reach Bangalore from Ahmadabad. By no way can this train be called a express train. It will stop for a long duration any where to bypass the trains. Its better to travel by bus which reaches from Ahmadabad to Bangalore in 26 hours. To add it the route has bogus stations where you can't find any amenities.
All Rajasthan bound trains frm SBC have similar TT , very very very slow ... They still follow the old TT of 90's..
It's high time to speed up these trains..

One side u have d fastest Gatimaan Express and on the other u have the slow crawlers like this one !!!!!
Speed up cannot be done so easily post ADI coz of heavy traffic on single line. Doubling is the only answer!
