Major Stations of Delhi in terms of ease of access to passenger and importance.
1) New Delhi NDLS
Lies near the heart of Lutyens' Delhi; most premium trains including all Shatabdi and many Rajdhanis start from here. It is directly connected to the metro network and probably the most accessible.

3 km from NDLS; sprawling complex(though not as well planned as NDLS) comprising of 16 platforms; connected to the Metro Network via Chandni Chown Metro Station; though hardly has any premium trains in its kitty.
3) Hazrat Nizamuddin NZM
Home to Gatimaan and some Rajdhanis; NZT is a important station in New Delhi though it is not integrated on the metro network making it difficult to access.
4) Anand Vihar Terminal ANVT
Many east bound trains end here; easy access to the metro station and ISBT terminal(rated low because its a terminating stop and no trains stop here; more number of trains start from other stations)
5)Sarai Rohilla DEE
Of late, many trains like the legendary GT Express have got their terminals changed to DEE; though the station suffers from lack of amenties and patronage; metro station located nearby; difficult to access at night time(Most trains going towards Rewari side stop at DEC either ways; and it may more sense to board a train from there).
