i think it made mandetory that before rating a train a person have valid ticket of the train which he want to rate and the person must travel in that train

Suppose one of my friend travelled in 'xyz' train
He informed me ki bhai the(xyz) train is awesome,catering facilities is also good and on this basis I will Rate the train
So ifwe do pnr mandatory that we cant do like this

Complex . No . Limiting Move . Otherwise How those Rail Fans who are not pax will rate or share info & exchange views about the train they love ?
this is also done.with pnr of that person.but in this case information is nt 100% accurate. in present time many train have this type of rating.
sir loving a train is your personal view.here information seen by many first time travellor.
