yes, you simply have to reverse the connection of any two phases.
For instance if a 3 phase I.M. Is, when connected in R-Y-B sequence rotates in forward direction, in R-B-Y sequence it will rotate in opposite direction. This, in practise (i.e. In industries/locos etc) is done by means of contactor Which has connections in both R-Y-B and R-B-Y sequence, with a switch to select which sequence is desired (and an interlock to prevent maloperation.)
