repeat the history of 1960 of hiring Purulia. In 1960 due to busy politics of WB government, steel plant set up at Purulia (collaborating with USSR)was failed and the plan was shifted to a area between Dhanbad and Purulia in Bihar(now Jharkhand) which is presently known as Bokaro. SAIL has promised to come up with the best technique of water sharing which will also highly benefit the farmers. They said,"We know how to use the precious resources of the city unused since decades. We had been appealing for the area since 30 years but were shifted to mainly agricultural area of Raghunathpur. We have been convinced and assured by BJP MLAs. We will be trying to improve railway between Dhanbad and Purulia if we get the authority."
