Last 3 runs departed ANVT on time and reached hatia with delay of less than 4 hrs which is acceptable given the congestion on route of this train. Today also it is delayed by less than 3 hrs. Hope 12873/74 also runs like this.

Fully agree, but not only bokaro but it can cater to many districsts very well if it continues to run like this. Dhanbad people can also use this from gomoh as well and yes gaya tak aur gaya se is train mein achhi-khaasi bheed hoti hai. July mein ticket hai 12817 mein aur return 12874, dekhte hain us time kaisi chalti hai.
Today i travelled first time in 12817 and it give a superb run.. reach 3.28pm and ntes showa 3.15pm... it angrly folliw 12561.. 22811 ot at cnb which late more than 3hrs. Over all run was gud and with this m able to catch 12013 frm ndls...
Generally sir this train gets a bit priority. The major concern is for its counterpart 12873. It's loco change only takes more than an hour at chunar.
