No. it must be given as CNF .
If same time both entry happens ...will be given CNF stamp....similarly one more of your entry has been stamped as CNF by me.
If member posts admin's posted pic in TL for updation in TL.... n afterwards admin updates their own pics...then also member entry stands for CNF as posted before admin.
