I think looking at the patronage, demand, long route, priority, avg speed....
12317/12318 should be provided LHB coaches, it might also result in reducing time between Koaa-asr.

If all these are synonymous for LHB, thn DNR-ANVT JS would never has got LHB ever!!

Its too easy to post a blog seeking LHB-fication of even Passenger..forget M/E/SF!!
PS: Which LHB Rake gt run-time reduced?? Any schedule changed after LHB conversion for any single train?? Non-LHB exist with higher Avg speed/Route (ASR-KOAA), higher demand/Patronage (Mails), Priority (ASR-KOAA)!!
