and talgo is comfortable for 200 kmph average speed & it is more faster than gatimaan express which doing 160 kmph.
if talgo runs 200kmph speed average in delhi - mumbai 1385 km long route than how possible it will take 12 hours to complete the journey time.

the it will only take maximum 7 to 8 hours for 1385 km between delhi mumbai

No it is not possible to rum at constant speed of 200. It means that it only touches 200 in some parts. Kota and BRC will get halt of talgo and they also dectrase the avg speed. And in many sections the will get slower below 100kkmph.
