Sir, for Hindi-speaking states (with no separate regional language), kindly keep the regional box blank. Earlier, we didn't have the option to leave it blank, that's why we either used to put a dot there or write the Hindi name twice. But now moderator has changed the version, so you can leave it blank and update. No need to write the Hindi name twice for stations from these states (e.g. Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Himachal etc).

Definitely, but it depends whether the region speaks Urdu or not. And this can be verified by the SB Pic. For example, even if Ajmer is in Rajasthan, we all know that it's a holy place for Muslims, and SB Pic of Ajmer indeed has Urdu name. In this case, you can write Urdu as regional name. But this is not for everywhere. Bilaspur is in Chhattisgarh, but it's SB Pic doesn't have Urdu, so here you should not write Urdu. Here you should leave that box blank. I hope, I am clear Sir. :)

Follow the station board only . if it have no regional language , keep it blank . if the station have no SBP follow the neighborhood station of concern state ..
