Actually, twitter handle of IR is becoming a boon to passengers especially in medical emergency,, security, pantry car overcharging, etc.
Just like this if MoS IR Mr. Manoj Sinha also pays attention to areas other than ghazipur, bsb then this duo of suresh prabhu and manoj sinha can do wonders.

Yup helping passengers through twitter is a good initiative but that doesn't make Prabhu ji the best RM till date...Twitter doesn't at all represents the entire population..like i dont use twitter so in that case i cant get the help..Many others like me dont use twitter...And btw if we need to complain every thing to RM then what other staff is doing ?? What on board staff is for ???
1. Yes, you are right. Many dont use twitter but the positive that can be seen here is whatever major enquiries/problems are going on IR twitter handle, it is being solved immediately especially in emergencies.
2. RM is the highest authority of IR. So if sumthing good happens in IR, credit should be given to him. Because of these twitter handles those railway officials who used to sit idle before hav now sprung into action.
