"Remove post" option in the blog entry :-
As suggestive, the option provides to remove the blog entry. The removed blog entry is moved to the deleted folder where the option to restore is provided.
Both my query and suggestion are that this option needs to be reserved with the moderator only.
The moderator is, as always, free

to exercise his discretion.
As observed, presently, any user can remove the important blog anytime and it remains un-noticed to the original or subsequent respondants.
The removal option should strictly be with the moderator only.
However, to provide assistance to the moderator in carrying out this job of removing unwanted, harmful, unrelated blog entries, the option should be renamed as Remove post "Attention to Moderator" and the moderator in turn will peruse the blog entry and decide accordingly.
Any discrepancy in my understanding of this option may kindly be explained and corrected.

Sir Why dont you consider that every person have personal life too. No one can give 24 hrs here and we admins are doing it just to help the people and enhance and share the knowledge with each other . I agree with you that some of the admins are totally inactive these days but they are admins because of there knowledge.

I would say they are inactive, semi-retired, or busy with other things. But, if and when they choose to come back, we don't want to surprise them - so we let the admin stay. Fact of the matter is that everyone is busy, and we are thankful and grateful for whatever little we get. What you say is right. There are 5 -6 active at any given time.
Sir, you yourself may login, and soon (not immediately, you can understand that) you may start helping out as admin.

i think now you should revise the admins.
those who are just admins and doing nothing should be kicked.
why to carry with a big list of admins, when most of them are useless.
where are rest admins?
kick
...
them and appoint new admins.

We wouldn't use the term, "kick", etc. They have made immense contributions to the site design as well as the forum. We are forever indebted to them, and they are forever welcome. We cannot always expect people to drop everything and help out daily.
But, as per your suggestion, for now, we can shorten the admin list, for communication purposes. We can automatically reinstate them when they log back in.
Thanks.
