Every agencies, public or private running cleanliness programs so as Indian railways as "Clean Train Station". But while on travelling in train no. 13281 name New Tinsukia Rajendra Nagar express PNR No. 6151870113...i found a Toilet which has no door and washbasins full of insects and spits and other wastes. As well as mosquitoes and other insects were everywhere in the train even in the AC coaches. Most of the coaches were shortage of water and washbasins were as dustbins. Yeah, i accept that it is passenger's duty to maintain the cleanliness in the train but in other trains also the passengers travel. Also the cleaning agents target the uneducated passengers to get filled up their Train Cleaning Log Book and in this manner the train is all clean on paper, in offices. So the most...
