Best wishes on the start of Superfast weekly Yuva train between Mumbai - New Delhi.
The train does have intermediate stops @ Surat, Vadodara, Ratlam, Kota & Mathura.

gives the hope for fullfillment of a desire for much needed stops in duronto trains.
Although 60% are reserved for Yuva category, the rest 40% will be very much useful for non-yuva passengers as there is always heavy traffic on this route.
Looking at conditions for Yuva category fare, I have my own apprehensions that these are easily workable and therefore expect that many unutilised Yuva category quota seats will be passed on to the general passengers.
