I think now a days after the doubling of GKP-LKO section trains are running on this route with unofficial 'Slack'.Most of the trains in UP direction reach GKP late and arrive Lucknow on time and save upto more 1-2 hours in between and the same thing happens in down direction as well..

Nahi bro aap thoda jaiyda bol gaya 90 ka track tha aur 100 hogya hai aur 110 hone mein abhi 10 se 12 saal lagenge high speed track aur trains to bus NCR zone ke liye bani hai..😂😁😁 baki zone apni aukat mein rehe aur sapne mein bhi na soche high speed track ka right na 👍👍 lol :D :D
