I just want to say NCR controller is never allowed to OT 12419 by 12817 as 12817 has lower priority in this region. LOL
Haa ek baar experience kiya hai Patna Surat premium me tha to meri train ko BDL me khada kiye aur sari Rajdhani nikali and Ranchi ke pahle premium nikal di :P
