Vaishali exp have some Problems regarding the E loco haul.
Its waiting for the Full electrification of LKO-GKP stretch. Then after only it will get Electric Loco.
Loco changing is a Tiring and Time wasting process , unless there is a Reversal.

May be the same reason for the 12428/12427, ALD-REWA route is also converting from diesel to electric. Works are progress in full flash there and then e2e electric loco will provide then.
Its still running with Electric Loco only , i think so. Some local member should confirm this whether Rewa SF is getting EMD or WAP between Delhi-ALD.
