Instead of increasing useless stoppages like gondia and gwalior, railways should increase the average speed and trying to reach new delhi before 9.30. Occupancy will automatically increase. I mean 72km/h of avg speed is not good for a rajdhani class train

Re# 1840112-40
Bro... there is a contradiction. The timing of Raj sequence is always there. All are from Eastern lines and one is from Southern line. Most East bound trains are taken in Pf 8-16 and most south bound trains use Pf 1-8. Why sandwich a Southern line train to a high profile Eastern Line arrival slot thereby ensuring its delay?? Noone is propheting convenience of a particular train, please be mindful of that. The matter being discussed is there are two conventions to choose from 1) All Raj arrive at similar Pfs 2) Southern Line trains come in at Pf 1-8 and Easter lines train use 8-16 (NORMALLY).
NR is pursuing with policy 1 and it is ensuring that BSP Raj is

stuck up at Shivaji Bridge many times. I am suggesting to try out policy 2 to ensure timely arrival. As simple as that.
I hope you are aware of NRs coach pooling policy. The NZM departure Rajdhani rakes are maintained at NZM CDO. NDLS bound Rajdhanis are not shunted to NZM CDO. They are shunted in from northend of NDLS. Had it been that easy to switch trains from NDLS-NZM, the switch would have already been made. Just curious, but have you seen the "convenience" of shunting rakes in NDLS area? It is not as simple and convenient as you are putting them to be. Shunting empty rakes around takes out the capacity of an already choked infrastructure. NR would have been happy to have a large yard than shunting the empty rakes around. It is a necessary evil due to infrastructural constraint and not something which NR is doing "conveniently".
Lastly, you have still not come up with any logical points against the termination of 2441/2 from Pf 1-8 thereby avoiding interference with the Eastern Raj slot. Your NZM termination proposal was good and I second you on that. But till the destination is NDLS, different Arrival/departure pf is something worthy of a debate rather than being dismissed on shaky grounds.
