A silly question , it has been in mind since ages . But don't know each time i forgot to post it . This time thankfully it hit my mind when i was browsing IRI .
The question is " how is water drained out from rail under bridge if their is heavy rainfall ( say 3-4 days regular rain )" . Isn't RUB will be water logged and cause problem to local people . Generally RUB are shallow so water from near by can come easily and fill RUB passage .
