Sir(s), My Friend's Window Tkt for tomorrow was lost. Tmrw mrng 9.40 departture but that ticket was initially wait listed. He tried his level best to get a duplicate one. Unfortunately today due to Sunday evening time after 6.00 pm Chart has been prepared and now it is in RAC . What to do? He tried his level best to search for the lost ticket but railway station authorities were told that he has to pay the penalty for that after boarding the train. He booked tkt from NJT to ST please advise

Thanks Sir, but he is having on his mobile the booking details i.e. WL migrated to RAC details sent by the IR . If penalty as inform by the counter person what it will be if it is genuine (The original person was travelled) then how can the penalty could reimbursed after his travel completion please inform.....
