Common get out of your dellusional world. Prashanti is neither SF nor the fastest in your mentioned section. And both 12717 and 18047 are faster than 18463 between VSKP to BZA. Check schedules if you like. 18.45 arrival at BZA belongs to 18047 and not 18463. Even a passenger train will run like hell in a high speed section.
