Its just the neglance by the railway ministers of tenure 2012-2016 that congestion started ..ald NCR already given its report about its ..congestion..but the RM sat quietly on their chairs ....if the construction would have begun in this tenure ..no congestion would have result ..even today RM is egar in ndls cnb and ASN mgs ..
