I daily travel in this local and it starts from PNVL @ 8:38 and reaches CLA @ 9:26.
I think, you are talking about 98050 (PNVD 8 Local). According to Central Railway official TT 2016, 98050 leaves PNVL 8:38 and reaches VDLR 9:37 (with CLA 9:25 9:26).
Although here in IRI, the current TT of 98050 seems to be incorrect, as it has not been updated for a long time.

Maam, the present TT also seems to be incorrect. This is the official link for the updated TT (2016) click here. This is one more example to show why we shouldn't follow NTES.
