Your question can be answered by ER alone! With more and more WAP7s being allotted to HWH, I hope12259/60 get HOG link very soon. I am very happy for Poorva.
As far as Rajdhani is concerned, AFAIK 304xx locos have not hauled it. Only 302xx and 303xx locos are doing the job. Will update you if I get any info.
