bro its not compulsory .. one can choose whether he/she wanna opt it or not .. as its completely their own choice they can't blame during the journey i guess its a good step.. khana waise hi khaya nahin jata hai kisi bhi Rajdhani ka i have travelled in HWH SDAH PNBE DBRT BCT MAO Rajdhanis n BPL RNC KLK Shatabdi .. PNBE Rajdhani ka hi khana thoda theek laga tha.. :D
so Kolkata bound Rajdhani ke 3A me bekar quality ke khane ka 265/- dene se better hai main ticket me 1825/- doon aur food apne ghar ka ya market se apni choice ka leke chaloon.. :)
