This train have 14 official halts and 3 regular unofficial halts which are shivaji bridge, tilak bridge and baad ie total 17 halts out 25 stations which make it in the real sense a fast passenger (not the express train)with reservation facility and ac coaches with the fare of express!!!!!!!

What about this unofficial stops did authorities know or the Loco pilots stop due requests from passengers.
I think they know about these unscheduled halts & this has been happening for about 2 years or so. The regular announcement is made at Shivaji Bridge & Tilak Bridge by station staff about its arrival/departure at these stations. I don't seem to understand why don't they incorporate these halts into the official time-table.
But not like this similar incident happen. Bitragunta is a station between Nellore and kavali, there are several railway stay at Bitragunta. Pinakini Exp from Chennai to Vijayawada din't have a stop at Bitragunta. But these employees and local ppl they use pull the chain near the station. This thing happens for nearly a weak. So, the loco pilot's use to stop the train for few seconds and go on. Once a railway Official was travelling in that train and he noticed it was a unofficial halt he enquires. And then from next day there are several gun mans. They use to surround the train whenever it stops there and arrests the accuse who get down there. Now this train is...
