Why Is Rampurhat still not declared as a junction?
Even though the lines to Dumka diverges from this station, why it is still not a junction?

See, even if they try to complete DUMK-BGP line, the junction point will still be Naya Madanpur technically. What's the point in not calling RPH a JN.
