I have booked 2 tickets today in tatkal in this train in 3 tier AC for 17 June 2011. Will it get confirmed? and what is the tatkal fees charged and if this ticket gets cancelled, will i get the total amount back as it is in wait list?
Please post your PNR no in the PNR forum for predictions. If the ticket is cancelled before confirmation, you will get full refund including tatkal charges less minimum cancellation charges (I think it is Rs.20/=)
E-ticket means W/L ticket gets cancelled automatically and money will come to the account through which you have booked the ticket.
PRS ticket means you have to get W/L ticket cancelled manually within 24 hours of train departure.
