ROZA-SCC-BUWI section electrified but is it functional??
As on date only diseal locomotives are being used or electric or both??

CRS inspection might get delay as GKP BST stretch electrification not yet completed.
SCC to GKP comes under NER and this is the only reason CRS inspection getting delayed.

Sitapur have three stations :
Sitapur city (SPC) Which comes under NR but rest two stations Sitapur cantt (SCC) and Sitapur Junction (STP) comes under NER. This might be causing issue to do electrification followed by CRS Inspection and final CR.
All three stations should have given to NER only
