Patronage depends not only on timing but also in cost. if fares are too high then we cant expect much patronage inside TN. but it will be full in MS SVDK section.
let it b in gnwl itself in whole of tamilnadu,let it begin its quota frm bza till ngp..in return let it b in gnwl in whole of tamilnadu,let the intermediate pax get all quotas
same cost should apply as it is in himsagar +/- 200/300rs na....
