Which of the following options, you think (as a technocrat and a railfan as well), should Railway Minister PRIORITISE to improve the speed, punctuality and reduce the WL's as he has visioned?
Of course, it is a parallel process and none of the following options can be considered solely.
Please comment on any other options you think should be considered.

I wish i could vote all the options. Good question, I voted for electrification of diesel tracks.
