Thieves are using National Train Enquiry System to commit crimes in Delhi Kanpur route. They know that when a train is looped for rajdhani then it will be looped for atleast 20 minutes in which time they can easily do theft and run away. There are 10-20 gangs near ALD Kanpur Ghaziabad route who follow NTES closely and get active as soon as they see some train stopped.

Exactly and Then how come no action against RPF ? I think this is a big syndicate where top level corruption is also involved.
Yes, i agree with you.. without rpf/grp involvement this is not possible... This is a major concern of security breach.. peoples we rely upon for security are stabbing knife in our heart.
