yes till you go and ask for the seat they will be sitting. On may 23 morning it became 6.10 to purchase my morning breakfast in ratna's cafe so i rushed and when i reached my coach D8 My seats were 61,62,63 and they didnt move and it became a big fight and atlast after 6.25 only i sat in my seat
