Why trains in Bihar and UP are so dirty(esp toilet &wash basin) as compared to rest of India even though the services of railway staff are almost same across the different zones.
Its all because of indian ppl mentality to make trains dirty...
Bcz most of time UP/bihar ki train overcrowded rehti hai ,, ek sl jisme 72pax ki capacity rehti hai usme 150-200pax safar karty he mostly
Because lot of population consumes gutkha tambakoo and then spit .. Manoj Sinha himself who is from Ghazipur eats this things ... So this is major source of foul smell and red stains
Some people consume desi daru and beedi also.. These all must be banned

Trains jab apne ..starting station se khulti hai toh cleanliness awesome hoti hai...
Jab wah platform pe lagti hai..toh...usme ..kaafi bheed ho jaati hai..par train ..abhi bhi ..saaf rehti hai..
Bheed itni jyada ki log jaha khade hai..toh khade rehtein hai..aur ..baithe hai..toh baithe hi rehtein..hai..
