This is showing due to '1A' class ticked in timetable Update Page (Pic 2)...

Yes, but look at my 2nd blog here. I have given you one more easy way to do what you want here. In your 1st pic, you can easily see that button I am talking about. Using that you can edit train classes. No need to update the full TT everytime.

Actually there are many components of the TT which you can separately update without touching the TT updater. The "train classes" is one of them. The "departure days" also you can update from the train TT page. Just above the TT, all the days of departure are given which can be edited from there. The train type or zone can also be updated similarly.
