What does the "G" and "1GF" signify on this signal?? And what does this star light indicate??
The signal is located at Khera Kalan on Delhi-Sonipat route.

G are gate signals over a interlocked level crossing. This signal only turns green once the LC gates are securedly locked into their lock mechanism. If not, the LP is supposed to stop the train 250 mts prior to it.
