I have never heard of 1a in passenger. Although cc, fc, 3a and 2a have been observed
Ac cc? Not worth cos passengers need to pay express fare even in passenger trains. Cc doesnot have a different fare scheme for passenger trains unlike sleeper and first class(no longer existing)
Just taking in my case just to see only 1 2s in madgoan passenger I had to wait till 8 15 for madgoan intercity to travel comfortably...

I would not prefer travelling in a cc of passenger paying express fares
