It seems, you are highly surprised. :) Nothing to be surprised here, I belong to a typical middle class Bengali family. Look at my home station, it's Tamluk, from Purba Medinipur. :)
A little late. You could have captured GZB WAP5 30016 at Howrah yesterday :P. It went back to Delhi with RDSO coaches.
Means that TATA is not in the list of WAP-7 Home as it is 250KM far away from HWH and they are thinking to make a new ELS on HWH SRC side so that they can sent empty train with those power without problem however if TATA is considered Steel express can be act as empty rake so WAP-7 maintain at TATA easily, its upto SER.
