I had booked a tatkal ticket on 23rd May, but in the first attempt , the money got deducted but the booking failed . Regarding that, the refund status shows "sent to bank" since may 29 or 30 itself. Buts its 7th June now , but still I haven't received the refund in my bank account. Is it normal ? What should I do?
