are you mentioning abt the neelachal of 19.1.? it started from ndls 12 hrs late as per NR circular.
Mr Ketan, due to heavy fog this trains departure was postponed by 12 hours. pl do not comment if you do not have an idea. nowadays due to fog, all trains are late in northern sector.
While commenting pl check up on that days position and then write. thanks.
