MJF (Malkajgiri) have 3 PF's u can do there also and it is not far to KCG (9 Km's) . Add Halt with slac at MJF and change Loco.
I dont think for LOCO change PF is a problem. It will take hardly 10-15 Mints if loco is ready for loco change and for reversal we need 20 Mints. so it is not Problem in KZJ or MJF
I think because it is in SC City only not busy as KCG. Not No of expresses halt there. so u can use one PF for 10-15 Mints. Even JP-SC halts there at least 20 Mints so many times for PF Clearance in SC,
