u r ryt .. LHB doesnt mean speed , with LHB one is ensured of new coaches of new technology , its more comfortble thn ICF. Speed milna na milna alag baat hai, it has the capabaility of going upto 130 kmph..
If LHB mattered for punctuality then Sampoorn kranti, Poorva, Purushottam and Mahabodhi would not have struggled for such a long period.
