dropdown menu under "FORUM" tab is not fully visible in normal display.

Adjusting at recommended setting is key here but only if you have compatible graphic driver installed.
As i have no idea about your System Hardware/OS/Installed Graphic Driver version nothing more can be said.

Had it not been for 'availability of graphic driver' I could not have taken SS at 'reduced' size to make it fit to my screen and submit at IRI :) So this is so tiring everytime use "CTRL key and mouse scrolling gear" :)

Generic Graphic driver is available in OS but in case of system is old or OS is new or generally too each system needs exclusive Graphic Driver depending on Chipset.
So Please verify you have updated driver installed with recommended setting.
