Should south going Sampark Kranti/rajdhani trains stop at AGRA CANTT... For providing connectivity for Jaipur and UP passengers.. and also this stop will not increase journey time for END TO END travellers

How can you say that it will not increase the run time. SK are meant to connect the home state with delhi and not to provide service to every major station en route.
Yes, Agra should be stoppege Sampark Kranti exp.& Rajdhani exp.alongwith RATLAM jn.the Divisional Headquarter of Western Railway
Yes for some sk slack is there but not with every sk. And railway should prefer to remove the slack instead of giving stoppage.
