The Railway Protection Force (RPF) apprehended a ticket tout near Patel Chowk in Ranchi. The accused, identified as Pintu Kumar, was found in possession of Rs. 19,200 worth of live and old tickets. He confessed to purchasing tickets from the PRS counter at the railway station on commission from another individual.
