Sir there is a reason why they not venture out of there territories.
After wam-4, wap-7 is the only passenger locomotive Bhilai has and that also only 11 out of which mostly are used in janshatbdi, intercity, shivnath, amarkantak, jammutawi.
And now a days cgsk also started getting a bia wap link.
So we cannot blame bia wappies.
