The WAM4, One of India's most Successful Locomotive is on verge of Extinction due to its age. WAM4 will always remain as one of the most successful indigenously designed & built E Loco by Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW). Sharing some of the Memorable pics of my love WAM4.

Yes. The first WAM4's came out in 1970-71. WAP1's were built starting from 1980. WAP1 was a re-geared and modified version of the WAM4.
