Now with Sangha going via COI , 12577 Bagmati and 22351 PPTA YPR have to silently follow 12296 sangha till SBC, delaying 12296 will delay them too..
Even 12150 which currently gets ahead due to COI effect even after departing 3 hrs post 12296 has to trail
