more... comes my trip report on MAS-NZM Rajdhani express,being my first LHB ride i was eagerly waiting for my journey date to come.Reached MAS by 5 00 hrs. i proceeded towards PF1 so that i could spot ,y train but to my surprise in PF 1 SRC-MAS janasadharn special was standing tall,but the luggage to be loaded in the train are brought into PF1, so i was hoping the train to come in PF1 but to all our surprise there came a sound "INIKU RAJDHANI PF 6 la VARUDHU" from a station worker,so i started to proceed towards PF6 pantry items to be boarded into the train where waiting at the PF6,when i reached PF6 the time was around 5 30 hrs and still the train didn't arrive from the yard,by that time MAS-MYS shatabdi came into PF 2A.SBC-MAS mail was shunted back to yard from.Then there i spotted i headlight it was TNP shunter that brought my train into PF6. I was pretty excited to board my first LHB journey.Walked through coaches like B6,7.. the rake of B6,7 was pretty old and i could spot some cracks in the windows to,but to my happiness my coach B9 was clean and i didn't spot any cracks in the windows,the cooling was superb,and the interiors where neat.I Think so it was a 2015 manufactured coach as it had charging sockets in the side lower birhs.All the passengers boarded the train and there was still a vacant Lower birth in our Coupe,the co-traveller that the vacant LB belongs to his relative and he will not board the train today and he asked me to take the window seat,and lower birth i was extremely happy and thanked him.The time was 6 11 and there came the twin tone from the LGD P7 and there it departs.Great acceleration inside the PF but slowed down as it left the PF.Then came the announcement inside the coach "WELCOME TO RAJDHANI..............,HALTS ARE......2ND WATER BOTTLE will be provided after 20 hrs ".ENGLISH NEWS PAPER was provided.Then the pantry guy came and asked for food preference and supplied the water bottles.Then the bed sheets where provided the train moved slowly till ENNORE and then started to gain speed,the TTE checked the tickets.By 7 00 hrs the morning tea was given.The train moved in constant speed (100-110kph).The jerks and sound produced was awesome.Then it had an unscheduled halt at GDR and departed.Then the morning Tiffin was given the menu were bread slices with tomato ketchup and amul butter and upma with keasari(sweet item).The taste was worst,and quantity was also less.Then there happened a numerous crossings,and everyone started to take a nap.The housekeeping staffs regularly cleaned the floors,and the bathrooms are pretty much clean.Almost it skipped all the main stations like OGL...with a good speed and at the outers of BZA spotted TNSK.Then the train reached BZA on time and departed BZA, spotted NDLS-VSKP AC SF at the outers with GZB P7 in lead.By 12 30 soup was served with bread sticks and butter.then by 13 30 lunch was served the menu was 1 ATTA sweet,2 Rottis,PANEER gravy,DHAL,CURD,RICE(plain),pickle.The taste was good when compared to breakfast.Then arrived WL and halted there for 10 mins.The cooling was superb in the afternoon too.Then i started to take a nap.By the time i woke up time was 16 00.The train moved in a constant speed.Snacks was served and preference for dinner was taken.The snacks items are 1 RASAGULLA,1 SAMOSA,KETCHUP.BREAD SANDWICH,and evening TEA was served.then entered BPQ at right time and halted there for 10 minutes.Departed from BPQ and halted for 10 ins few kms away from BPQ.Moved steadily and didn't had any unscheduled halt till NGP outer.Stopeed at NGP outer form 15 mins and reached NGP by 21 00 hrs.Dinner was sreved,the menu was 2 Rottis,MALAI KOFTA,DHAL,SWEET CURD,RICE(plain),pickle.Departed from NGP.Dinner was good.By 22 00 hrs the pantry guy served ice cream by that time everyone started to sleep.Next morning i woke up before it reached GWL,raeched GWL with 5-10 mins delay.the morning TEA was given given.HINDI NEWS PAPER was provided.The pantry guy didn't give the 2nd water bottle(gave if we ask him personally).reached agra by 8 10 with a delay of 15 mins spotted NDLS-BPL SHATABDI AT AGC.Many of them got down at AGC saying they are going to see TAJ MAHAL. After agra by 9 15 hrs morning tiffn was served the menu was same as day 1 and the taste was even worse.The pantry guy started to ask us TIP,he refused to get who gave him less than 100 rs and demanded everyone to give atleast 100rs.Crossed with TAJ EXP. and GAATIMAN.Arrived at the outers of NZM by 10 20 but halted there for nearly 20 mins and finally reached NZM by 10 40.
