Everyone knows if a train is running late, ONLY RailFans know WHY it is late

Not very satisfied by management of delays by northern railways yesterday. Travelled by 12057. There was no communication to passengers in the train at all. although we are charged super fast fees but the we were treated like a passenger train. We reached Mohali 5 hours later than the scheduled arrival time.
